We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Cuisinart Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and protective coverings must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cookware & Bakeware that has been used or removed from original packaging
- Bath Towels & Bath Rugs that have been washed or used
- Faux Flowers & Plants that have been arranged or displayed
- Candles & Scents products that have been opened or burned
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your return request (use our template below for faster processing)
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely repack in original packaging with all tags attached, including a copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes for eligible items):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email which item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- Customer is responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
