We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Cuisinart Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cookware & Bakeware that has been used or removed from original packaging
  • Bath Towels & Bath Rugs that have been washed or used
  • Faux Flowers & Plants that have been arranged or displayed
  • Candles & Scents products that have been opened or burned
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your return request (use our template below for faster processing)
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item – Securely repack in original packaging with all tags attached, including a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to our returns center at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

For exchanges (size, color, or style changes for eligible items):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state in your email which item you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • Customer is responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
