Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact (for items like bath accessories, curtains & drapes, or closet organization products)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cookware & Bakeware that has been used or removed from its original packaging
  • Bath Towels & Bath Rugs that have been washed or used
  • Faux Flowers & Plants that have been arranged or displayed
  • Candles & Scents products that have been opened or burned
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges (size, color, or style changes for items like area rugs, bath accessories, or curtains & drapes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
  3. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. You will be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as cookware with manufacturing flaws or broken drinkware):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
